What Peaberry is
The estate map applies published Canadian tax, probate and succession rules to the information you enter and shows the result. It is legal and tax information. It is not legal, tax or financial advice, and using it does not create a lawyer and client relationship or any professional relationship.
Estimates
The figures are estimates. They depend on what you enter, leave out some credits and circumstances, and rest on rules that change. Before acting on them, particularly before changing a will, a beneficiary or how property is held, get advice from a lawyer or accountant.
No warranty
Peaberry is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, Antipode Technologies Inc. is not liable for any loss arising from use of it or reliance on it.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and of Canada as they apply there. If you are a consumer in Québec, nothing in them limits the rights the Consumer Protection Act gives you.
