04 Questions
Reasonable things to ask
Will I be charged duty?
No. Stock is imported in bulk with the duty settled before it is listed, then shipped to you domestically, and a domestic parcel is never cleared through customs. Sales tax is charged at your province's rate and shown at checkout. If you want the whole picture, including what you would owe buying the same thing from abroad, we wrote a guide to duty on coffee gear shipped to Canada.
How long does delivery take?
Two to five business days to most Canadian addresses. Beans are roasted to order, which adds a day before the parcel moves and is the reason they arrive fresh.
Do you ship to the United States?
Not at first. A parcel going south now needs a formal customs entry and a duty bill on arrival, which is the experience this shop exists to avoid.
Is anything for sale yet?
Not yet. The supply agreements are being signed and the first stock is being placed. This page is here early and says so plainly.
