The estate map

What you enter is sent to our server, used to work out your map, and discarded. It is not written to a database, a log or anywhere else. Earlier answers travel with the form as you move between steps, inside the page itself, not in its address.

What is recorded

Cloudflare, which hosts the site, keeps standard request logs such as addresses and browser types to keep the service running and secure. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits without cookies and without identifying anyone.

Partner links

If you arrive through a link from a charity, employer or advisor we work with, a cookie remembers which one for 30 days. If you make an account in that time, we note that the partner sent you. A charity is told your name, email and the amount you leave it only if you tick the box in your will saying it may; otherwise it sees counts. Other partners see counts only.

Where it is processed

Cloudflare runs in many countries, and a request may be handled outside Canada. Because the map stores nothing, nothing about your finances remains anywhere once your page is returned.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you and have it corrected or deleted, under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act and, in Québec, the Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector. If Peaberry starts keeping anything more, this page will say so before it does.
