A hand grinder is slower than an electric one and better than an electric one at three times the price, and the C3 is where most people find that out. Stainless burrs, a stepped adjustment you can feel through the dial, and enough consistency that the cup stops being the grinder's fault.
Thirty seconds of your morning for a dose of filter. Less for espresso, more if you are grinding for a litre of cold brew, which is the one job this is genuinely poor at.
What it is bad at
It is a hand grinder. Grinding for more than two cups at a time is work, and if you make cold brew in litres you will resent it by the second week.
