A blend built to be good on a Tuesday: sweet, round, forgiving of a pour that went slightly wrong, and equally at home in a cone or a press. Roasted to order and shipped within days, with the roast date printed on the bag rather than a best-before eighteen months out.
If you want to taste what a specific farm at a specific altitude does, this is not that bag. The single origins are, and they rotate.
What it is bad at
It is deliberately unexciting. A blend chosen to be reliable every day is not the bag that will surprise you, and if you want surprise you should be buying the rotating single origin instead.
